Terms of sale
Terms of sale
The rules that apply to every order on this site.
Accepting these terms
Placing an order means you accept these terms as they read on the day you order. We can change them for future orders; a change never applies to an order already placed.
Research use only
Everything sold here is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research. It is not a medicine, supplement, food or cosmetic, it is not approved by the FDA or any equivalent authority, and it is not for human or animal consumption. We make no medical claim and give no dosing advice. By ordering you confirm you are buying for legitimate research and that you are qualified to handle these compounds.
You must be 21 or older
Orders are accepted only from people aged 21 or over.
Your local law is yours to check
We ship worldwide, but what may lawfully be imported and held differs from country to country. Checking the rules where you are is your responsibility, not ours, and we cannot advise on them. If customs seizes a parcel, the loss is yours.
Orders, prices and stock
Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes or duties. Shipping is a flat $50 per order, free above $499. An order is accepted when the payment is confirmed on-chain, not when it is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order we say so and return what you paid.
Payment
Every payment is a stablecoin transfer: USDC on Solana, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche or BNB Chain, or USDT on Solana. Send the exact amount, in one transaction, on the network you chose at checkout; on Solana the order then confirms by itself, on the other networks once you paste the transaction hash. A payment in another token, on another network, or for a different amount is not detected automatically — write to us with the transaction hash and we sort it out by hand. Blockchain transactions are final and we cannot reverse them.
Delivery
Worldwide, usually 7–21 days depending on destination, in discreet unbranded packaging. You get a tracking number once the parcel is dispatched. Import duties, if any, are yours to pay.
Lost, damaged or wrong items
Tell us and we put it right. A parcel that stops moving: write within 14 days of the last tracking update. Something damaged or not what you ordered: write within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the package and the vials. We then re-ship or refund, your choice. We cannot take back vials that have been shipped, because we can no longer vouch for how they were stored — so there is no return for change of mind. We also cannot refund a parcel seized by customs, one sent to an address you gave us wrongly, or one the carrier records as delivered.
Refunds
When a refund is due we send it in the same token, on the same network, to the address the payment came from. A payment sent from an app (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Revolut) comes from an address that belongs to the app, not to you: for those we refund to your own receiving address in the same app, which you send us from the email you ordered with, together with the order number. We do not refund to anyone else.
Certificate of analysis
Where a certificate of analysis is published on a product page, the analysis is the manufacturer's: we do not run a laboratory. A product without a published certificate comes without one.
Limits
Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you and cannot remove. Within that limit, what we owe you for an order is capped at what you paid for it, and how the products are used is your responsibility, not ours.
Cancelling an order
Before the parcel is dispatched you can ask us to cancel: write with your order number. A confirmed payment is refunded under the Refunds clause above. Once a parcel is on its way it cannot be cancelled. When an order is cancelled or dispatched we delete the delivery address and the contact details you gave us — we keep them only for as long as we need them to ship, except the email for a review reminder you ask for at checkout, deleted once that reminder is sent.
