Where the manufacturer gives us the laboratory report for a batch, we publish it on the product page: the batch number, the measured purity, and a link that opens the report on the laboratory's own site, not ours. Not every compound has one yet: a product page without a published report shows no certificate, rather than promising one.
No. Everything is sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research use only — not for human or animal consumption, and not as a drug, supplement or therapeutic. You must be 21 or older to order.
On Solana, keep the order page open for a minute or press “I've paid”; on the other networks, paste the transaction hash on the order page. If it still does not move, it is almost always one of three things — the payment went out on a different network from the one you picked, the amount differs from the one shown, or it was split across two transactions. Write to us with the hash and we sort it out.
We dispatch once the payment is confirmed on-chain. You get the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves, and the Track order page shows the status at any time with your order number.
Before the parcel is dispatched, yes: write to us with your order number. If the payment is already confirmed we refund it in the same token, on the same network, to the address it came from (paid from an app? then to your receiving address in that app). Once a parcel is on its way, cancelling is no longer possible and the lost-or-damaged route applies instead.
The loss is yours. We say it plainly here and in the terms rather than promising a reshipment we would not honour. What may lawfully be imported differs from country to country and checking the rules where you are is your responsibility — we cannot advise on them.
